The operational problem

IT and call-centre teams lose customer context across too many channels

Every tool promises to fix one part of the workflow. None of them share a single source of truth — so agents re-ask questions, supervisors can't see what's happening, and owners can't measure what matters.

Product workflow

From first contact to measured outcome — five steps, one system

CloudSun's workflow is the operational backbone for every conversation your team handles.

1

2

3

Resolve

Work the conversation with full contact, company and history context — log dispositions, notes and outcomes.

4

5

Measure

Track SLAs, CSAT, conversion and quality across teams, campaigns and queues in one reporting foundation.

Core capabilities

Ten capabilities that make up the call-centre OS

Each capability is built to stand on its own — and designed to compound when used together inside a single workspace.

Companies and contacts

A unified B2B record layer — companies, contacts, roles and relationships — kept in sync across every conversation.

Unified conversations

Phone, email, WhatsApp and chat collapse into a single threaded inbox with full history at your fingertips.

Ownership and assignment

Every record has a clear owner. Reassign with one click, escalate by rule, and never lose accountability.

Campaign management

Plan outbound campaigns with target lists, scripts and pacing — track progress against reach and conversion goals.

Queue monitoring

Live queue health, wait times and SLA exposure — supervisors see everything, intervene in seconds.

Callbacks and tasks

Schedule callbacks and tasks against any record. Due-time awareness means nothing slips between shifts.

Ticket tracking

Open, track and resolve tickets without leaving the conversation — linked to the right contact and company.

Quality management

Score calls against rubrics, surface coaching opportunities and close the loop with structured feedback.

Knowledge base

A single library of scripts, answers and policies — searchable from inside the agent workspace.

Reporting foundation

Out-of-the-box dashboards for SLAs, CSAT, conversion and team performance — exportable and audit-ready.

Security and access control

Access control designed for call-centre reality

Operational data is sensitive. CloudSun's permission model is built around verified identities, explicit roles and clear organisational boundaries — so the right people see the right things, and nothing else.

Honest about certifications

We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA or any other third-party certification we have not earned. Security posture is described factually — and improved continuously.

Verified identities

Sign-in is identity-verified. No anonymous access to operational data.

Role-based access

Seven built-in roles with explicit, auditable permission sets.

Organisation isolation

Each organisation's data is isolated by tenant boundary — no cross-tenant leakage.

Audit history

Every significant action is recorded with actor, timestamp and target record.

Revocable sessions

Sessions can be revoked by the user or an admin at any time, from any device.

Permission-based records

Access to contacts, reports and recordings follows the role you hold.

Honest integration states

Integrations surface their real connection state — no silent failures, no hidden errors.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions teams actually ask

What size of call centre is CloudSun built for?

CloudSun is designed for call-centre teams of 10 to 200 agents. The Launch plan covers 10–25 seats, Growth covers 26–75, and Scale covers 76–200. For larger operations, talk to us — we'll be honest about whether CloudSun is the right fit.

Does CloudSun replace our existing ticket system and CRM?

CloudSun is an operational workspace that can sit alongside — or replace — parts of your existing stack. Many teams start by running CloudSun for calls and conversations while keeping their existing CRM as the system of record, then consolidate over time.

How does pricing actually work?

Pricing is based on the number of agent seats, your chosen deployment model (SaaS, dedicated cloud, or self-hosted licence) and the support level you need. We provide a written quote after a short call. We do not process payment on this site, and we do not publish fake 'starting at' numbers.

Can we run CloudSun in our own cloud or on-premises?

Yes. CloudSun offers three deployment paths: CloudSun SaaS (we host it), dedicated cloud (deployed into your AWS, Azure or GCP account) and self-hosted licence (you run it on infrastructure you own). All three run the same product.

What roles and permissions does CloudSun include?

CloudSun ships with seven built-in roles — organisation owner, operations manager, supervisor, agent/employee, quality analyst, reporting viewer and administrator — each with explicit, auditable permissions. Roles can be configured per organisation.

Do you have SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA certification?

No — and we will not claim certifications we have not earned. CloudSun's security posture is described factually on this page and in our documentation. If certifications are a hard requirement for your organisation, talk to us about the current roadmap.

Still have a question?

We'd rather answer it honestly than oversell it.
