Privacy Policy

1. Overview

CloudSun is a call-centre operating system. This privacy policy describes how we handle data in the demonstration workspace. In production deployments, the data controller is the organisation operating CloudSun, not CloudSun itself.

2. Demonstration data

The demonstration workspace uses fictional data generated deterministically. No real customer data is stored. All demonstration data is stored locally in your browser and can be reset at any time.

3. Authentication data

When you sign in using Google identity, CloudSun receives your name, email, and profile image. We do not request Gmail mailbox access during sign-in. Gmail connection is a separate optional integration.

4. Mobile verification

CloudSun verifies your mobile number via a one-time code. The code is sent through a managed OTP provider and is not stored in plaintext.

5. Cookies

CloudSun uses HTTP-only, secure cookies for session management. No tracking cookies are used.
