Annual or perpetual licence. You bear all infrastructure and telephony costs.
Updates and maintenance: SaaS and dedicated cloud deployments receive automatic updates. Self-hosted licences receive updates on a release schedule that you control. All deployment models require a telephony provider for real voice calls — CloudSun does not process voice audio.
